1. Information We Handle and Why

Flower Path can be used without creating an account or entering a name or phone number. The app and website handle the following information only as needed to provide the service.

• Game data stored on your device: The selected stage and completed-stage records are stored locally so that your progress can be saved and resumed.
• Settings stored on your device: Button sounds, sound effects, background music, and vibration preferences are stored locally to remember your choices.
• Resource request data: When the app downloads image or audio resources, the hosting provider may receive information needed for the network request, such as the requested URL, request time, and IP address. This information may be used to deliver resources and maintain service security and reliability.
• Advertising data: The Android release requests and displays interstitial ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. During ad requests and delivery, the SDK may automatically collect or share with Google information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app interaction information, diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the advertising ID or app set ID. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, analyze the service, and prevent fraud. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. The exact information handled and its purposes may vary depending on the SDK version and Google ad settings.

The app does not currently collect user accounts, contacts, precise location, photos, address books, or other personal content. Game progress and app settings are not sent to the operator’s servers.

2. Retention Period

• Game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
• Downloaded image resources are cached in the app’s storage and are removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
• Hosting providers determine how long they retain access records processed for service operation and security, subject to their policies and applicable laws. The app does not currently store access records in its own database or a separate analytics tool.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

The operator does not send game progress or app settings stored on your device to a server or provide them to third parties. The following providers may handle relevant information under their own service policies when providing ads or operating the service.

• Google (Google Mobile Ads): Serves interstitial ads in the Android app and measures ad performance. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP address, app interaction and diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the advertising ID or app set ID for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. If you follow a font or audio credit link in the app, the linked external website opens. Its own privacy policy applies to information handled by that website.

4. Your Rights and How to Contact Us

You may contact us at the email address below with questions or requests concerning access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information. You can delete game progress and settings stored on your device by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Deletion

The operator does not currently retain personal information about individual users. Information stored on your device is removed by the operating system when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. Hosting providers handle deletion of access information according to their retention periods and deletion procedures.

6. Security

The app and website request resources over HTTPS. The app verifies downloaded resources using their hashes and stores game progress and settings in on-device storage. The operator does not maintain user-specific server accounts.
